About: ANTHEM's 35th Anniversary Tour, which was postponed from 2020 to 2021 due to the corona disaster, successfully ended the entire day while complying with various conditions for preventing infectious diseases. The tour, which opened with two Sendai performances on May 8th and 9th, was originally scheduled for seven performances until the EX THEATER ROPPONGI in Tokyo on June 5th. As a result, "ANTHEM's Holy Land" Club Chitta settled in the beautiful form of the Tour Final, but due to the extension of Osaka Prefecture's State of Emergency Declaration, commercial facilities were suspended until May 31. It is a form that was swayed by the corona disaster until the end, but it can be said that the completion of the tour after overcoming it is a pleasure.
Naoto Shibata, Akio Shimizu, Yukio Morikawa, Isamu Tamaru, four active ANTHEM members MAD Ouchi, Tony Maeda, Hidezo Sakamoto were added to this tour at the beginning of the final Ex Thing Therefore, special participation of Homma Daitsugu [ds] in Roppongi was decided, and it was decided to play in Kawasaki. This video work "ANTHEM 35th ANNIVERSARY TOUR" included the two performances of Roppongi and Kawasaki.
This tour was not a two-part system due to the constraints caused by the corona disaster, but was carried out in the form of successive members replacing and appearing. The dense contents of ANTHEM's 19 songs and Encore, which cover the history of ANTHEM from now to before their debut, clearly show that the band has always progressed with the pride that "we are the strongest we are now." Although it is ideal that "the music of any era has equal power and the fans welcome enthusiastically," it is a difficult task to realize it.
