About: On August 24, 2023, Legacy announced Paisley Park Enterprises, in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment and Warner Records will release Prince & The New Power Generation’s "Diamonds And Pearls" expanded reissues with previously unreleased tracks to include high-definition concert footage. Blu-ray will feature the Prince & The NPG preview of the Diamonds And Pearls Tour (at Prince’s Minneapolis club, Glam Slam, on January 11, 1992), and the performance at The Special Olympics (at the Metrodome in Minneapolis in July 1991, also in Stereo, 5.1, and ATMOS), as well as a previously unseen soundcheck. The Blu-ray is completed by the long out-of-print Diamonds And Pearls Video Collection, originally released on VHS and LaserDisc in 1992.
