I was walking through the streets of Los Olivos and saw this bakerys beautiful display of cakes. The attendant allowed me to take some pics and told me that the cakes were like 30-40 soles ($10-$15). Pretty cheap for all that elaborate work! Next time, if I rent a place with a fridge in Lima, Ill buy one to eat it during my stay. Who knows maybe I can impress my date. Juan

Try Miscelanea Dulces they have a delicious chocolate cake and the "trufas" of "Maracuya Sour" are adictive mmmmhhhhh Carrot cake is also good, they have lemon pie with a touch of "hierba buena" and cheesecake of Maracuya, strawberry and more flavours. I dont like "Brownnies" but their "Alfajores" are exquisite. Adress: Calle General Recavarren 316 Look for the little place in Facebook as "miscelanea Dulces".
