I met a friend at this bar/restaurant. The prices are reasonable and the location is perfect: Right across Park Kennedy. We sat outside and enjoyed some appetisers and drinks. The uniformed waiters are polite and efficient. The bill was about 60 soles.

I was waiting for a friend at Parque Kennedy and since I arrived a bit early, I decided to have breakfast at this Cafe. The Desayuno Criollo was pretty good. The staff was attentive and polite as always.

Restaurant Haiti's strong points: tables by the sidewalk across from parque kennedy is a great viewing spot of the hot women walking by. your head will be constanly swiveling from left to right. one time I made the mistake of ordering their churrasco steak dish and it was one of the worse steaks i have had in my life.(they used the cheapest cut of steak, it was tough and horrible tasting). i would recommend it as a people watching joint mainly.
