well, here in Peru "sacar la vuelta" means have anything kind of affaire with another girl who that it is NOT your official girlfriend/wife ,etc. this kind of affaire goes to, maybe a simply kiss to have sex with other woman. that's it.

I picked up this phrase when a 2.5 year old little kid told me "Saca la vuelta, chancho!" (chancho = pig). I looked at my Peruvian girlfriend as she died laughing. The poor kid lives with 2 aunts ages 16 and 18 so it's obvious where he picked that up. I speak pretty fluent Spanish so it's pretty funny to get schooled in Peruvian slang by a toddler

it's even funnier that he knew how to say it, and who to say it to! At that age it 0nly comes with practice, so doubtless you weren't the 0nly victim!
