English-Speaking Taxi Drivers?

Good evening. RT here.

In a recent Field Report, one forista recommended an English-speaking taxi driver. To many visitors, that could be an invaluable asset; one that could help a newcomer to Lima feel more comfortable real quickly.

In the next post, I will excerpt his report with the recommendation. Please feel free to add any others to this thread, as you discover them.

In my experience, Alberto Iwasaki is a reliable, knowledgeable, and fair taxi driver working nights in the city. He can be reached at 9380-6305. Mention that "Jaime" recommended him.

I am a ex-pat living in Lima and can highly reccomend my driver (speaks english)
Manuel- 9-739-3562. Airport pickup - Miraflores is $20, trips&tours are S/.25 per hour. Also a great Surfing guide.
